<div><em><span style="text-decoration: underline;"><strong>Today is going to be a great day...</strong></span></em></div> <div>How do I know? </div> <div>Cause I have the attitude and mindset to <em><strong>MAKE IT</strong></em> a great day. </div> <div> </div> <div>Every day can't be the best, but you can always make the most out of every day. </div> <div><em>What you tell your brain affects you more than you think.</em> </div> <div> </div> <div>One of my best advices is to always start the day with a <em>positive thought. </em></div> <div>Tell yourself 1-3 things that you have in your life that you are thankful for. <br />Something that makes you happy. </div> <div> </div> <div> </div> <div> </div> <div>Today when I woke up I wasn't feeling the greatest... <em>(I had problems sleeping last night and were awake most of the night) </em><br />but I didn't let that ruin my day. </div> <div>So when I woke up today I just told myself, "What an great day to be alive" </div> <div>it might sound a bit weird, but it does actually work. </div> <div> </div> <div>I told myself, that <em>"Ok, just because I haven't been sleeping as much as wanted, and you're having more headache and pain than normal, you can still be thankful that you are waking up and that you are having a whole new day ahead of you, full of exciting things and beautiful people!"</em></div> <div> </div> <div><em><strong>Today will be a great day, even if I am not feeling the greatest. </strong></em></div> <div>I am spending my day with one of the kindest people I know. <br />I will go and visit my parents for some family time and then I am invited to a VIP-party. </div> <div>I am excited even though the energy level is low. </div> <div> </div> <div>I am just trying to make the best out of the day, and so should YOU. </div> <div>No matter if you didn't sleep, you can still make this day a GREAT DAY. </div> <div> </div> <div>Are you with me? :D </div> <div> <div> </div> <div> </div> </div>
