<div>Injuired AGAIN.</div> <div> </div> <div>One of the hardest things with being injuired is probably that I can't do everything I normally do. </div> <div>Everything in life gets affected. <br />Things that we normally do without thinking becomes a challenge. </div> <div> </div> <div>Right now everything hurts....breathing, eating, sitting, standing and walking...</div> <div> </div> <div><em>I've got restrictions from the doctors, and are not allowed to do anything that hurts. </em></div> <div><em>I am not allowed to use my upperbody for 4-6 weeks. </em><br /><em>I am not even allowed to sleep on one side. </em></div> <div><em>I am not allowed to pull myself out of bed. </em></div> <div><em>I am not allowed to carry anything heavier than 2-5 kg. </em></div> <div> </div> <div>No driving, not climbing, no pulling or lifting. </div> <div> </div> <div>I've been through this before, so I know how difficult it is. </div> <div>But I am trying to see it as a strength. <br />The fact that I've been in a similar situation before will help me speed up the recovery process. </div> <div>This injury is not even close to how serious it was 4,5 years ago. </div> <div>I am already walking!! </div> <div> </div> <div>I managed to get through a broken neck, so I can definitely get through a broken sternum. </div> <div> </div> <div>I am so thankful it didn't get worse... I have been so lucky.</div> <div>but of course it sucks to be injured again.</div> <div> </div> <div style="text-align: center;"><strong><em>BREAK IT and you will MAKE IT</em></strong></div> <div> </div> <div> <div> </div> <div> </div> </div> <div> </div> <div style="text-align: center;"><em>Now I am just waiting to hear back from my insurance company and the doctors to see when I can fly back home to Sweden.</em></div> <div style="text-align: center;"> </div> <div> </div> <div> </div>
