I wasn't going to share this with you. But then I changed my mind. It might give YOU a wake-up call.

Tomorrow is never promised.

I do believe everything in life happens for a reason.... even if it sometimes doesn't make sense at first and feels unfair.

Why did I broke my neck for example? Why did my dad broke his back?

In my family we fight. We are stubborn and there's not such a word as "GIVE UP". We don't give up. Nothing can stop us. We have big dreams and work hard for them. No matter what it is we ALWAYS want to do our best. We want to be the best we can be.

Sometimes we do too much. We work too hard We train too hard Give too much to others And forget about ourselves.

I have learnt the hard way to take better care of myself and do what's best for me and the people I love. I am more careful about the people I have in my life. People have taken advantage of my personality too many times.

I do still stuggle sometimes, but I'm better at it than the rest in my family.

My dad for example. He is too kind. Work too hard and wants to help EVERYONE. And yes he does forget about himself.

I think this was a wake-up call for him. Just like it was for me. Life can be over in one second. Do you want to live your last day stressed, tired and just doing things for everyone else?

No.

Life is for living.

I think my dad and I are the same. If nothing really serious would have happen we wouldn't have stopped. If it would have been just a broken arm we would have kept going without reflecting (and eventually break down....)

I don't wish ANYONE to go through the pain I did when I broke my neck.... but I have learned from it (things you can't learn any other way...)

I think this happened to my dad, because he needed to wake up. Life is a gift. LIVE IT the way that is best for YOU.

We both must have had an angel watching over us or something.... I am so extremely thankful he is ok🙏

I know it is hard now, but you will get through this.

What doesn't kill you makes you stronger!
