SUCCESS . Yes. That's the word I choose to summarize today's workshop! I ABSOLUTELY LOVE MY JOB! To be able to share my knowledge, help and support people.....to coach/teach and then see others do what I say, try it.... and improve. It's amazing! I want to help people become the BEST they can be. I want to help people reach their goals. I want to help people improve and be the happiest and strongest they can be. Today's workshop was successful. They all improved so much (IN JUST 1 hour!) for example: from "only" being able to do a handstand against the wall to finnish the day with a FREE handstand for 20 seconds!
