The world is a serious place, with many "must do's"..... therefor I think it's even more important to be a little bit childish sometimes. I love playing and to be a bit unserious for a change. When I'm in this mode I just go outside and do what my body feels like doing. It can end up being a walk, a run, a hike, rolling around in the grass, enjoying the weather and nature...I do sometimes end up training, trying out new exercises and of course doing some handstands...... Playgrounds are awesome spots for having fun.... there are so many things you can do there. TRY IT!😀 Get your workout done in the sun!
