Sometimes being spontaneous is one of the best things you can do..... I have had an absolutely AWESOME day playing with my friends, running, jumping, crawling in mud, cheering, and helping people get through Gropen Extreme Obstacle Race in Uppsala today! Wasn't planning to join, but ended up running around live streaming with my friends! AWESOMENESS and I just LOVE seeing people being active, fighting and overcoming their fears. OCR is not easy, it's a challenging sport and to see so many people participating and doing their best makes my soul so HAPPY❤️💪 More ACTIVE people to the world please🌏

Finished the day with some of my favourite people.... picnic with burgers from Bastard Burgers in uppsala 👌 This is seriously the BEST burgers 👌 I am so tired and ready for bed soon.... but I am happier than I've been for a while.....🙏
