So today I felt like experiment in the kitchen and it turned out very well! </em></div> <div> </div> <div><em>This recipe is super easy, healthy and taste good! </em></div> <div> <div> </div> <div> </div> </div> <div> </div> <div><em><strong>Sweet Potatoe Boats with Cod and capsicum filling</strong></em></div> <div> </div> <div>2 big sweet potatoes</div> <div>1/2 red capsicum </div> <div>1/2 green capsicum </div> <div>1/2 yellow capsicum </div> <div>1/2 onion </div> <div> </div> <div>salt </div> <div>pepper </div> <div>garlic </div> <div>chilli</div> <div>olive oil </div> <div> </div> <div>cod fillets (you can also use chicken if you prefer, or make it vegetarian with your choice of protein!)</div> <div> </div> <div> <div> </div> <div> </div> <div> <div> </div> <div> </div> <div> <div> </div> <div> </div> </div> </div> </div> <div>1. Make holes in the sweet potatoes and bake in the microwave for 5 minutes </div> <div>2. cut in halfs and empty some of the fillings (eat or save it for later) create " boats" And put on the baking tin, add olive oil and spices.</div> <div>3. Cut up the vegetables and mix with olive oil and spices and place on tin. </div> <div>4. Place the cod fillets on the vegetables </div> <div>5. bake in oven 200 degrees for 20 minutes</div> <div>6. sepparate the fillets (looks like pulled chicken) and fill every little boat woth fish and veggies.</div> <div>7.
