<div>So good to be back in the gym. </div> <div> </div> <div> <div> </div> <div> </div> </div> <div> </div> <div>I can seriously feel how happy my soul gets from just entering a gym environment. </div> <div>The gym is my <em><strong>HAPPY PLACE. </strong></em></div> <div>It's where I can be in "the zone," <em>just focus on me and my body.</em> And forget about everything else for a while.</div> <div><em>No "must does", no stress, no problems. </em></div> <div><em>Just pure LOVE.</em></div> <div> </div> <div>It is an amazing feeling to feel your body working, your heart rate racing, your breathe speeding up, your muscles fighting and fatiguing..... I love the feeling of pushing my body until there's nothing left. </div> <div>It makes me feel like a winner, every time. </div> <div><span style="text-decoration: underline;"><em><strong>Satisfaction. Happiness. Peace. </strong></em></span></div> <div> </div> <div>But I also LOVE training sessions where I just listen to my body and do what it feel like doing. I call it <em>recovery sessions</em>. Foam rolling, stretching, handstands, playing.... </div> <div>it is like medicine for the body and soul.</div> <div> </div> <div>TRAINING gives me so much. </div> <div>It makes me a better person. </div> <div>It makes me happier, stronger, smarter, sharper and even appreciating life and my ability to move even more. </div> <div> </div> <div>I love it. </div> <div>and I know how important it is for me to have it regularly, everyday of my life. </div> <div><em>And that's what i am trying to encourage more people to do. </em></div> <div><em><strong>Incorporate physical activity to your daily life. </strong></em></div> <div>I'm not saying you should push yourself until there's nothing left everyday.... what I am saying is that you should try to move your body somehow EVERYDAY. </div> <div>It can be just taking the stairs instead of the elevator, or going for a walk on your lunch break. </div> <div> </div> <div><strong><em>It doesn't have to be hard, time-consuming or boring to be active. </em></strong></div> <div> </div> <div>Give it a try. </div> <div>it will help you to become a stronger, happier and healthier version of you! </div> <div> </div> <div> <div> </div> <div> </div> </div> <div> </div> <div>#<strong><em>breakitandyouwillmakeit</em></strong></div>
