But I choose to focus on the positive things.</div> <div> </div> <div>Even if I'm having a "bad" day, I'm ALWAYS trying to find the GOOD with it. </div> <div> </div> <div>I'm not satisfied and ready to go to bed until I find it. </div> <div>Some days it's harder than others. </div> <div> </div> <div>Yesterday was a tough day. I was low on energy and worried.... headache and lacking sleep. </div> <div>Not feeling like myself, not being creative and not even happy?! </div> <div> </div> <div>I managed to change it before the day was over....</div> <div>and the last thing I was thinking before I fell asleep was that "tomorrow will be a better day".</div> <div> </div> <div>it worked. </div> <div>Today I woke up and the first thing I did was to think POSITIVE thoughts. </div> <div> </div> <div>Today has been a really good day for me. </div> <div>Not only because I've been creative and feeling more like myself again, but mostly because of the fact that I managed to change my attitude from yesterday. </div> <div>It's a good feeling to know that I have the capability to change my mode and mindset to the BETTER. </div> <div> </div> <div>If I can do it, you can do it too! </div> <div>but remember that it takes practice. </div> <div> </div> <div>See the little things in life. </div> <div>What do you have to be grateful for? ☀️💛</div> <div> <div> </div> <div> </div> </div>
