The feeling of being overloaded with endorphins after a workout is just THE BEST FEELING I know! I'm so fascinated what exercise can do to the body. I'm ALWAYS feeling better after I've been active. That's why I choose to do it EVERY DAY. The days we've got on this planet are not many, so why not make the most out of the ones we have? Everyone is different and like to do different things. I LOVE training and how I feel before, during and after.. training makes me a better person. That's one more reason why I choose to do it.., I feel it's my responsibility to do what I can to be the best version of me.And if daily activity and exercise have such a big, positive influence on me, of course I'll do it. If reading makes you a better person - do it! If painting makes you a better person - do it! If singing makes you a better person - do it! If laying in the couch all day makes you a better person - do it! If you haven't found "your thing" yet, don't give up! Keep searching! I believe exercise is good for EVERYONE, but in different ways. Exercise has been proved to contributes with positive effects, reduce diseases and so on.. Try it!
