Tongariro National Park Alpine crossing, most popular skiing -resort and walking tracks on NewZealand. We have had bad luck this time. Bad taiming with the weather. Staying at a Castle Hotel in this Famous National park, with amazing views, beautiful walking tracks, day hiking Tours, volcano flight trips...... BUT nothing worth doing in this weather...RAIN RAIN RAIN. Fog Fog Fog.We can't see anything other than a white fog. Such a shame, but nothing we can do about it, right? Just staying positive and doing the best of the situation. 😊 Guess what?! They had a tiny little gym!!! HAPPINESS! So after a really good night sleep I went down to do what I love the most, train! I didn't do much (still listening to my body and don't want to push it too hard..) But just the fact that I'm in a gym makes me happy. Like I wrote in the previous blog post, training give me so much. After some alone time, mum came down and I gave her a challenging, short but effective session. I'm impressed by her strong will, she's stubborn, like me... They say It's a challenge to train a family member, but I love challenges.... So let's see how it goes ;) Her HANDSTANDS has improved so much already and I'm so proud. Many people are motivated to start training when a New year starts... Which is GREAT! But unfortunately most people drop and stop after a couple of weeks... But it doesn't have to happen!! Keep it Up, even when your motivation drops! Here comes an easy way to keep up the motivation: set up a goal....I set Up a little goal WITH mum, "We will do atleast 1 handstand EVERY single DAY this year. Minimum 365 times when 2017 is over.
