<div>I<strong><em> LOVE it, the feeling before, during and after a workout... It gives me so much energy, joy and happiness.</em> </strong>Especially in the environment I am training atm. </div> <div><em><strong>CROSSFIT the STABLES,</strong></em> <em>is a place everyone feel welcome, a place were we support each other no matter what, a place with an awesome community, an amazing atmosphare and the people there are so lovely. </em></div> <div> </div> <div><em>I love that this often comes with crossfit. </em><br /><em>The people are<strong> like-minded</strong> and LOVE to <strong>challenge</strong> themself and push their bodies to it's<strong> maximal capacity. </strong></em></div> <div><em> </em></div> <div>I know many people don't like crossfit, but just like every other sport... it is not for everyone, and that is <em><strong>ok</strong></em>. </div> <div>Just because I have started to love crossfit and the workouts, it doesn't mean you have to do the same. </div> <div><em>Isn't that just great?!</em></div> <div><em><strong> </strong></em></div> <div><em><strong>There are uncountable numbers of different training styles and types...</strong> </em><br />I promise that there is atleast <em>one</em> for everyone. </div> <div>So if you have ever said, <strong><em>"I don't like training", "It is not for me".</em></strong>.....<br />PLEASE don't make that an excuse for not do any exercise and being active at all. </p> </div> <div><em><strong>An active lifestyle is the KEY to life: </strong>To be able to live a strong, happy and healthy life. </em></div> <div> </div> <div>Please try to find YOUR type of training... the training style that makes you<em><strong> HAPPY. </strong></em></div> <div>Something you end up loving. </div> <div> </div> <div>It doesn't have to be what you think it "<em>should"</em> be, or what everyone else in your surrounding are doing.</div> <div>The training that <em><strong>fits you, your pesonality and your body</strong></em> might not be the same as your best friend or your siblings.... </div> <div> </div> <div><em><strong>Find your THING. </strong></em></div> <div>Don't be afraid of trying <em><strong>new</strong></em> things. </div> <div> </div> <div> <div> </div> <div> </div> </div> <div><em><strong>How do you think I ended up with the odd sport vaulting? Gymnastics on horses?</strong></em><br />Not the most common sport that everyone knew about... <br />It was a sport I had never heard about, but I went there and tried it anyway. (after trying countless of other sports)</div> <div>It ended up being <em><strong>MY THING. My PASSION. My LIFE. </strong></em></div> <div> </div> <div><strong><em>What if I would have let the fear of unknowing stop me from trying? </em></strong></div> <div><em>Yes exactly, I would have missed out. </em></div> <div> </div> <div><em>So please try... I encourage you to try! </em></div> <div><em>And don't put the pressure up that you have to do it perfect the first time. </em></div> <div><strong><em>Everyone is a beginner in the beginning, right?</em></strong></div> <div> <div> </p> <div> </div> <div> </div> </div> </div> <div><strong><em>#breakitandyouwillmakeit</em></strong></div> <div><em> </em></div>
