High achiever? Never gives up? Push yourself to the max? ALWAYS aiming for more? All these above are GREAT qualities to have, it is absolutely awesome that you always tries to do better, be better and work harder... pushing your body to become stronger and faster, stubborn and never giving up takes you further, high achievers seems to learn more, and if you always aim for more... you will get more. BUT. Remember to give yourself cred for all the hard work and effort you put in. Cause if you NEVER stop and enjoy your achievements you will eventually be forced to stop. The body is not a machine (even if it feels like it sometimes), we are humans and need to slow down, rest and recover now and then. I know that it isn't easy to slow down, especially not if you are a high achiever and always want to be better. But I also know and have learned how important it is to STOP and enjoy achievements. It can hurt to look back on where you have been, and it can make you work even harder to get further and further away from the past... I get that. BUT when you look in the mirror, please be PROUD. Be proud of how far you've come "When I look back on my life, I see pain, mistakes, and heartache. When I look in the mirror, I see STRENGTH, learned lessons, and pride in myself.
