<div><em>YES YES YES! </em></div> <div><em>Finally an upper body workout, at this mornings Crossfit class!</em></div> <div> </div> <div> </div> <div> </div> <div>I have always been enjoying upper body workouts more than legs.... I guess it is beacause I'm a gymnast in the background and are better at those exercises than when it's legs included... <em><strong>as a gymnast you spend your life upside down, pretty much 😅</strong></em></div> <div> </div> <div><em>It would be so interesting to know how many HOURS i have spent upside down on my hands. </em></div> <div><em>It would be surprisingly many.... </em></div> <div> </div> <div><em><strong>Practice makes perfect</strong></em> and I wanted to be the best I could be. </div> <div>My gymnastics coach always made us do handstands, every practice. And outside of trainings I had homework, EVERY DAY. </div> <div> </div> <div>the homework was not much, and not where I got my hours upside down from.... but it was still adding to the hours...,</div> <div> </div> <div>My homework was just holding 1 handstand as long as I could without walking. Yes, <em><strong>completely still. </strong></em></div> <div>And my record was <em><strong>5minutes 15 sec,</strong></em> so I needed to complete at least 3 minutes in one go... if not: "<em>do it til you make it"</em></div> <div> </div> <div><em>haha sometimes it took some goes, but most of the days my "homework" before bed only took 3 minutes ;) </em></div> <div> </div> <div><strong>here comes todays workout: </strong></div> <div> </div> <div><strong>EMOM 7 min </strong></div> <div><strong>5/3 ring muscle ups </strong></div> <div><strong>5 HS - push ups </strong></div> <div> </div> <div><strong>EMOM 7 min </strong></div> <div><strong>1 x lean, 1x strict push press, 2x push press, 3x jerk @50% of 1RM</strong></div> <div> </div> <div><strong>3 ROUNDS for time</strong></div> <div><strong>800 m run </strong></div> <div><strong>10 clean & jerk</strong></div> <div> <div> </div> <div> </p> <div> </div> <div> </div> </div> </div> <div>1</div> <div> <div> </div> <div>2</div> <div> <div> </div> <div>3</div> <div> </div> </div> </div> <div><strong>What muscle group do you prefer to train? </strong></div> <div><strong>Which one is your favourite?😀</strong></div> <div> </div> <div><strong>Comment below👇</strong></div> <div> </div> <div><strong>#breakitandyouwillmakeit</strong></div> <div> </div>
