Good morning! Today I want to write about something I am experimenting atm. ROUTINES. You know I am always encouraging you all to find a lifestyle you love, with routines that works for you and your personality, to add things to your life that makes you happy, to surround yourself with people who loves you for who you are.... and to find balance. I know some of you really need to break some of your old habits to be able to reach this, but I also know many of you have started to make these changes, which is great! Keep it up! But what about you who like the life you are living and don't feel like you need to make any changes? You already have routines you like. My question is now: Do you have the same routine every single day? And have you had it for a long time? You might get up the same time every day, drink your coffee, eat your breakfast, read the news, scroll through facebook, go to the gym, shower, go to work, come home, cook dinner, catch up with family and friends, watch a movie and go to bed... and then your alarm rings the next morning and everything starts over? Day in, day out, week in, week out.... I encourage you to experiment... See it as something fun and challenging... like an experiment. Try new things, change your routines and create new ones... Who knows maybe you find a routine that you like even more than the one you have had for all these years?? You don't know until you try. It can be worth it! And the best thing is that if you don't like your new routines, you can always go back to the ones you know are working for you! I am experimenting myself atm.. I am trying new routines.... I try to sleep longer, have a calm morning with the blog and my project, train later in the mornings (or even afternoons.)This gives me more time in the evenings to catch up with friends and maybe even watch a movie before bedtime. I kind of like it. But I already miss my early mornings and watching the sunrise.. I will just try for lets say a week or so. Who knows maybe I find out that it works better for me? Are you up for trying new routines with me?! ;) #breakitandyouwillmakeit
