But I know that one of the best things you can do when you are sore from training is to TRAIN. </div> <div> </div> <div>Sounds a bit silly, cause when your body is aching you don't really feel like moving at all. But that's exactly what you should do! </div> <div>Get the blood flow going, so the toxic substances (lactic acid etc.) in your body get flushed out of your body quicker.... Speed up the recovery process by moving! </div> <div> </div> <div> </div> <div>But the workout was tough, and I had no power in my muscles... but damn it felt good after! </div> <div>And the best thing is that I am not as sore anymore, so my body is hopefully back on track tomorrow!!😃</div> <div> </div> <div>#<em><strong>breakitandyouwillmakeit</strong></em></div>
