<div>Good morning! </div> <div> </div> <div>Waking up a bit extra excited and happy today...why?</div> <div>Because I am competing <em><strong>TODAY! </strong></em></div> <div> </div> <div>Just to be able to say and write that feels <em><strong>amazing. </strong></em></div> <div>It is almost hard to believe that I will be able to compete today. <br />I am so happy and thankful.</div> <div> </div> <div>But for the first time before a comp, I don't have <em><strong>any</strong></em> expectations on my performance, I only see this as a fun workout together with the crossfit group. <br />I am not going to push myself too hard, because it is not worth it for me anymore. <br />I don't want to risk my health, my neck or anything else with this. <br />I have come such a long way in these 4 years, and I am not going to let a fun thing like a competition make me take a step backwards. </div> <div> </div> <div>I hope the workouts coming up the following weeks will be exercises with less stress for the neck :)</div> <div> </div> <div><em><strong>Anyway, we can always only do our best. </strong></em></div> <div> </div> <div><em><strong>"Be thankful for what you have and make the BEST out of it.
