And why do they not act, and trying to change it? </strong></em></div> <div> </div> <div style="text-align: center;"><em><strong>My advice to you today is: <br />Instead of wasting energy on complaining, DO something about it. </strong></em></div> <div> </div> <div><em><strong>YOU</strong></em> are the only one who can <em><strong>CHANGE</strong></em> your life. </div> <div>There are countless of help and support to get to make the changes easier, but <em><strong>YOU</strong></em> have to search for the <em><strong>right</strong></em> help. </div> <div> </div> <div> </div> <div>I am a person who want to be able to do <em><strong>EVERYTHING</strong></em> myself... I've always been that way. <br />I like the feeling of being independent. I like the feeling of being able to take care of myself. <br />I like to feel unstoppable and unbeatable.</div> <div>And I love the feeling of being <strong>STRONG</strong>. </div> <div> </div> <div>I don't like to ask for help, I don't like the fact that we all <em><strong>need</strong></em> to take help sometimes....</div> <div> </div> <div>BUT </div> <div>After everything I've been through I know that for people like me, one of the HARDEST things you can do is to just:</div> <div>ASK FOR HELP. <br /><em><strong>That shows STRENGTH. </strong></em></div> <div> </div> <div>Struggling to ask for help is especially common for high-achievers and people with BIG dreams. </div> <div>People like me who want to feel <em><strong>independent</strong></em>.
