I really love teaching, helping and supporting people to come closer to their goals.. no matter what it is, I just want to help people.

Some people want to become happier, some people want to become stronger, some people want to find a balance in life, some people want to change their lives completely, some people want to be with a person who has knowledge about something they are lacking and some people.... .want to learn HOW to do a Handstand😀

Which makes me super happy!

With a background as an elitegymnast, doing gymnastics on horses, 3-times Swedish and Nordic champion, coaching parts of Australias nationalteam I have a lot of experiences and knowledge that I want to share!

Handstand is just such a cool exercise, cause IF you can do a handstand it shows you have it all!

You have the strength

You have the control

You have the flexibility

and probably most important:

YOU have the courage!!

It can be scary to turn upside down on your body, and control it! But if you never start to train it, don't expect you will be able to do it.

I'm so proud of the progress I see during my #breakitandyouwillmakeit Handstand Workshops!
