Stress, lack of sleep, not enough or too much exercise and poor nutrition is probably the body's worst enemies. And often they ALL come together. Like a bad circle: When one of these things appears, the others follow... I have experienced this many times, it is frustrating cause every time it happens I tell myself : never again! But the I end up in stressful situations...... which often result in not enough sleep, too much training (because I am trying to think about something else), not eating the best type of food.....and the BAD circle has started, again. as you probably can understand this is not good. What's important when you end up in this type of "bad circle" is to: realize, STOP asap and do something about it. So many people don't realize until they have been in the circle for a looooong time... which makes it even harder to break the circle. If you feel like you are having a stressful period, are having problems with sleeping (can be both sleeping too much or too little...), if you are starting to loose motivation, feeling down and not yourself.... STOP! Stop and think through : why?Why am I feeling like this? What can I do to reduce the stress in my life right now? When you are having a stressful period it is actually even more important to give time to YOURSELF and your body. Stress is one of the body's worst ememy according to me, and when it attacs your body you should do everything you can to be strong enough to deal with it. Take time for yourself, make sure you stick to your routines with regular exercise, eating good quality food and doing the things that makes you happy. You are maybe not able to do it as much as normal (during these stressful periods), but make sure you do it!! Otherwise you will break down and are not able to deal with ANYTHING. I promise you, I know what I am talking about..... Follow my advice: TAKE CARE OF YOU If you do, it will be easier for you to get back on track when your stressdul period is over. #breakitandyouwillmakeit
