<div><em><strong>One positive thought in the morning can change your entire day.</strong></em></div> <div> </div> <div>So true. </div> <div> </div> <div>Have you ever woke up <em>feeling tired, stiff, pain in your whole body, headache and just low on energy?</em></div> <div><em>And the feeling that you want to stay in bed the entire day?</em></div> <div> </div> <div> </div> <div>This can happen to me too sometimes, but I ALWAYS try to change that feeling before I get out of bed.... what I do is: </div> <div>I close my eyes again, think about how <strong><em>lucky</em></strong> I am of the life I am living. <br />I turn around and open my eyes again with <em>a totally different feeling. </em></div> <div> </div> <div>Yes my body can still be <em>aching, headache can still be present, tiredness and stiffness can still be there..</em>. <br />But my <em><strong>mindset</strong></em> can have changed and be different from when I first woke up.</div> <div>Which makes a <em><strong>HUGE</strong></em> difference. </div> <div> </div> <div><em><strong>I am happy</strong></em>.
