I tried to write a summary to summarize these 6 weeks of the Challenge: "Where to start?! 6 weeks. 42 days. Something that felt like a really long time in the beginning of this challenge. Excitement but also nervousness if I would be able to stick to the plan for that long. It's easy to say that you want to change. But to actually change is difficult. The human likes structure and habits. To break old bad habits can be really hard. But it is possible. It's a matter of mindset, motivation, goals and support. Which this Challenge has consisted of from the very first start, all the way through!! I'm so thankful for the AMAZING job the team has done for us! Thanks Kassie, Josh and Michaela for everything, you are true stars!! This challenge has given me so much. Mostly the social side and feeling part of a group which is an amazing feeling❤️ To cheer, push and support each other on the way to reach something better is what I have enjoyed the most. I have loved to see everyone fighting so hard for their goals. GOOD job guys, I'm really impressed and Inspired. Like I said in the beginning, 6 weeks felt like a really long time.. But I think everyone can agree with me that the time has actually been flying by....?! Time flies when you are having fun. The challenge has helped me to bring my motivation back, I am so excited to keep working on my goals, achieve something even better, become even stronger, break even more habits and create something even better.
