Crossfit in the morning and "body fit" Crossfit session heavy lifting 🔹7x7 overhead squats (build up to your max) AMRAP (As many rounds as possible for 3 minutes x3 with 1,5 minute rest in between sets)🔹10 wallballs (9/6kg)🔹10 push ups AB-work🔹Using the song "Bring Sally up bring Sally down" doing leg raises(About 3,5 minute) Great workout followed by protein shake and then: BODY FIT SESSION EMOM (every minute on the minute) 🔹10 burpees 🔹4 push-upsOkay it maybe doesn't seems much, but I promise you that you will feel it after.Up to you how long rest you get, depends on how long it takes you to complete 10 burpees and 4 push-ups... EVERY new minute you start again!! Every 30 seconds 🔹6 burpeesX 8 Finishing off with:🔹Using the song "Bring Sally up, bring Sally down" doing squats! Done and ready for the day!
