I have NEVER been sweating this much in my entire life. Today's crossfit class consisted of RUNNING, running and some more running!! They have the classes at 7-8am and 5-6pm here because "it's not that hot at those times.. " BUT, I don't really agree, haha!! it was soo hot this morning and I have never sweat that much.Fun experience and interesting how the body reacts in different conditions and environments. I love learning and get experience.. That's one reason why I really ENJOY this camp and think it is so good for me. I see different coaches, how they coach, push, and support their clients. I get some tips but I do also get aware of things I would have done differently. The coaches here are great. But everyone is different. And so are my coaching style compare to theirs.. Today we had a new coach from Scottland, who now lives in Bali, coaching (what a dream!)Such an inspiring guy, and I really liked his way of coaching, explaining and motivating!! It is such a cool feeling to feel that I know "everything" other trainers are saying...It means I have learned SO much this year at TAFE. And I know I have. It is my passion and I just want to know as much as possible. But you can ALWAYS learn more. coaches are saying things in different ways and that can be really good to learn from, from a personal trainer perspective!! So what we did today was:🔹Running technique and warm up. 🔹Talking about how important breathing is when you run. 🔹Also the importance of getting force from the arm momentum.🔹Also about the foot strike (that my teacher Craig has taught us sooo much about). After that: WOD AMRAP (as many rounds as possible) for 30(!!!!!) minutes. 400 meter run (with 8 turns)Rest 1 minute Go again Rest 1 minute... and so on, until 30 minutes over So the faster you go the more rounds you get ;) The coach wanted us to find a phase that we could be able to keep during the whole workout. And in the end (if you still had energy and the mindset) PUSH yourself and go harder and faster! great workout! Full of endorphines after and I JUST LOVE THAT FEELING! what's on your training schedule for today? 😄 #breakitandyouwillmakeit
