You know when you are doing something for the first time and you don't know exactly how to do it.. You feel uncomfortable and... <em>yeah like a beginner. </em></div> <div> </div> <div>It is not that I don't normally take care of myself, of course I do... Everyone have to. <br />BUT I rather care for everyone else FIRST. <br />I always want to help people and if ther's anything I can do to make them feel better I will. </div> <div> </div> <div>This is REALLY good practice for me. <br />And I feel that my body really needs it. </div> <div>It is not easy for a restless person like me to do nothing, but I know it is like with everything else in life... the more you do it, the better you become at it.</div> <div> </div> <div>I love the concept here.</div> <div>Fitness, training, relaxation and healthy eating. </div> <div> </div> <div>Yoga in the morning, Personal training session and crossfit classes. <br />And when we don't train we eat these (HEALTHY AMAZING TASTING FOOD BOXES!!), <br />rest, sleep, hanging by the pool or beach.</div> <div> </div> <div>How good does it sound?</div> <div>I don't think I have to tell you I love it?</div> <div>Thankful for every minute!</div> <div> </div> <div> <div> </div> <div> </div> </div> <div>_</div> <div><em><strong>Remember to take care of yourself.. </strong></em><br /><em><strong>If you don't take care of yourself, you will not be able to take care of anyone else either.</strong></em></div> <div> </div> <div><em><strong>#breakitandyouwillmakeit</strong></em></div>
