Partner Saturday!!! Last workout in BALI was a partner workout! Means that you "travel together" with your partner through the workout. Complete the number of reps together. It's a really fun way to train, try it out with your training buddy! We were uneven number, so unfortunately someone needed to be alone and I said I could do that. I just cut the reps in half. 4 ROUNDS OF 800 m RUN 15 deadlifts (30 in pair) 30 pull-ups (60 in pair) Good workout, were you can set the intensity yourself depending on how you and your body are feeling.
