I love running, I really do. Which is a bit negative for someone like me that wants to gain weight and muscle mass. Cardio is beneficial for muscle growth to one point, (SO DON't be afraid of cardio, guys that wants to get big and bulky!) but if it gets too much it will ofcourse slow down the progress of muscle building. At the running session this morning people once again told me I should be a runner. "My running gait, breathing and my way of using my arms to increase speed and use as little energy as possible (which is what you aim for to be able to keep running without feeling too fatigue and create too much lactic acid in your muscles) are apparently really good..! Hmm...maybe I should switch focus... Anyway, it makes me happy to hear and it is a good skill to have as a PT. #breakitandyouwillmakeit
