It is such a fun way to train!</div> <div>I like the combination of heavy weight lifting and then finishing of with a WOD.</div> <div>For a person like me, with TOO much energy it is perfect...IIt gives me a chance to get rid of the excess energy I have... If I don't people can get annoyed because I am all over the place.</div> <div> </div> <div>I feel like a dog sometimes... that has to be taken out for a walk to behave the best.. HAHA!</div> <div>Did I just compare myself with a dog?!
