DAY 2. Got an email last night that the trainer wanted me to come to the crossfit class this morning!! He wanted to see me train before our first personal training session this afternoon (and he wasn't here yesterday) So 7-8 I had crossfit. Push press and Split jerks followed by an AMRAP. Warm up, technique and improving skills, before 5x5 push press5x5 split jerk After that 4min AMRAP Overhead press4 min AMRAP Burpee over bar4 min AMRAP Overhead press ---Great workout and it really woke me up! Normally don't like to train before surfing, but what to do when your trainer tells you? ;) And I'm not the one complaining.., Surfing at KUTA BEACHSo much fun!! We were 4 girls with 3 coaches, MOJO SURFING. The coach that helped me was so nice!! Always smiling and giving me great feedback.He got surprised of my surfskills and asked how long I've done surfing for.."Since februari, with Robbie Sherwell" He got impressed... ;) I definitely have the best coach! After that we went back to the villa and I'm just enjoying my tasty lunch, today I tried Fitmeal Green chicken curry with black rice! Yummy, but the chilli con carne I had yesterday is still my favorite!
