Day 1So what have I done here in Bali so far? I woke up early but stayed in bed until 7, so good to have a long night sleep, which is not happening for me that often.... First thing on my schedule was introduction, where I met the organizer and he went through my week with training sessions, surfing, trips, how to order the food and so on. I will have 3 privat personal training sessions through this week. It is Crossfit classes every morning 7-8 and also every evening 5-6pm (same workout morning/evening).I will have my surfing lesson tomorrow Tuesday at Kuta beach, which will be interesting!! There's also YOGA classes every Monday, Wednesday and Friday's... So this morning after the intro I had YOGA session. Yoga is such a special type of training. It is sooo much to think about, and it is such hard work IF you do it right. So many people think that yoga is "nothing"... But shit, I was sweating!!I'm not sure if I should hate it or love it. It was such a strange feeling for me, both during and after. I have done yoga many times before but this was different. I am a rest-less person and it is hard for me to do things slowly, and relax.. I like to use ALL of my strength and tension in everything I do... Because that's what I am use to do from all of my years doing gymnastics... But that doesn't always Work. So vaulting, surfing and yoga is really good for me, because it helps me to practice my ability to use JUST as much Energy and power that is required. ~ something else that happened to me was that I got very emotional! I have heard many people experienced that from. YOGA. It was so strange!! From nowhere it almost felt like I was going to cry. Have you ever experienced that from yoga? Please share your experiences with us here 😀 Have a good rest of the day!I will keep you posted about what we are doing here ;) #breakitandyouwillmakeit
