ANOTHER CHALLENGE COMPLETED✔️ As you probably know by now:I LOVE CHALLENGES!! I guess I love to challenge myself because I love to improve and push my limits. I live after the quote that "sky is the limit"... And that means I also want to show that it is true!! Why I love challenges is probably a combination of different factors... You know the feeling of satisfaction when you have done something that's good for you, or when you are improving and getting stronger?!! Or when you are finally able to do something that you have trainer so hard for? It feels so good right?!It gives me so much energy and it makes me happy. I guess the outcome of overcoming challenges is what keeps me doing it! I just love it! So another challenge COMPLETED. A 6 weeks challenge at Crossfit The stables with the best support, coaches and organizers!! A challenge to break bad habits, stick to a good nutrition plan, do all your training sessions, work hard towards your goals, daily life challenges such as helping a stranger to shop, buying your friend a coffee etc. It has been such good 6 weeks and what I enjoyed the most is the support from the whole team, and the feeling of being part of a group. A group that push, support and help each other to reach a healthier lifestyle!! I just love that! BIG THANK YOU to Kassie, Josh and Michaela for putting it all together!!
