(how cool?!)</div> <div> </div> <div>As soon as we entered the pool everyone became kids again😅</div> <div>Laughing playing and just being silly! </div> <div>So much fun and on top of that the sun was shining!!☀️</div> <div> </div> <div>I'm excited for this course, Annie (the teacher) is such an inspiring person and great at teaching and she always spread positive energy around her💕</div> <div> </div> <div>There are many benefits of training in a pool. </div> <div>The fact that you are in water, decreases the stress and pressure on the body, and are therefor very good for rehab training.</div> <div>So even if you can't run on the ground because you are injured you can most likely do it in the water because it is less stress on joints, such as knee, hip and ankles!! 😀</div> <div> </div> <div>The resistance the water create when you do the exercises makes it a tough workout! </div> <div> </div> <div>water training are also great for RECOVERY and swimming is perfect for "active recovery days"</div> <div> </div> <div>I always feel better in my entire body after swimming. </div> <div> </div> <div>TRY IT OUT!💦🐠</div> <div> </div> <div> <div> </div> <div> </div> <div>#<em><strong>breakitandyouwillmakeit</strong></em></div> </div>
