Just had an AWESOME training session!! I have decided to try something new. I'm focusing on getting bigger and stronger and my teacher who has been a bodybuilder is helping me!! I think I have fallen in love with HYPERTROPHY strength training❤️ Such a different but awesome feeling! I'm feeling tired in my muscles but my head and brain is still working! When I have been doing too much HIIT training and Crossfit I feel empty. Both in my body and mind. So I think this type of training will be good for me to focus on now the last time at TAFE, because it will give me more energy for studies! Okay I will still do some cardio/HIIT sessions because I love it... But it will not be my main focus. I will try for a period and see and experience the differences in my body and mind! I believe it is important as a PT to have the experience from all different styles of training.And that is something that this program at TAFE really does! Boxing, water based, Pilates, max strength training, hypertrophy, endurance training, cardio vascular, circuit training, boot camps, functional training, power lifting, swimming, running and surfing! Don't think I have to say that I DON'T want to leave this place. I'm living my dream✨ #breakitandyouwillmakeit
