<div><strong><em>Exhausted. </em></strong></div> <div><strong><em>Emotionally, physically and mentally.</em></strong></div> <div> </div> <div> </div> <div>A bit too much have been happening lately. </p> </div> <div>But FINALLY everything starts to fall into places. </div> <div> </div> <div>When I get periods like this in my life I easily forget to take care of myself. <br />I just keep going, trying to push everything away, ignore it and just fight through. <br />BUT it doesn't work for a long time. Eventually you crash. </div> <div> </div> <div>I have become so much better at taking care of myself, even if I still forget it. <br />A couple of years ago I NEVER even had a thought of doing anything for myself or my health. <br />I was ONLY thinking about everyone else. </div> <div> </div> <div>I still do. I still prioritize everyone else happiness before my own. That's who I am. And I will probably always be like that.<br />BUT </div> <div><em>I have learned that if I don't take care of myself, I am not able to take care of anyone else. </em><br /><em> I am smarter and I know better now. </em></div> <div> </div> <div>Today I finally booked an appointment for my neck. I felt so good that I did it.
