<div><span><em>How hard should you push yourself without pushing too much?</em></span></div> <div> </div> <div>I believe in balance. </div> <div><em><strong>Balance is the key to life.</strong></em></div> <div> </div> <div>If you don't have balance in your life everything will <em><strong>fall apart </strong></em>eventually. </div> <div>Either little at the time, or all in once..</div> <div> </div> <div>I'm not telling you it's easy to have a balance, it's not. </div> <div>But it is <em><strong>important</strong></em>. </div> <div> </div> <div>~</div> <div> </div> <div>When I was an <em>elite athlete</em> I <strong><em>ALWAYS</em></strong> push myself the <strong><em>hardest</em></strong> I could. </div> <div> </div> <div>Everyday was about getting <em>better and stronger</em>.</div> <div>.Better than the day before. </div> <div>I got <em>obsessed</em> with <strong><em>progression</em></strong> and <em><strong>needed</strong></em> it. </div> <div><em>My brain told me I needed it.</em></div> <div><em> </em></div> <div>It was a good <em>motivation</em> at that time.</div> <div>Because it made me better. </div> <div><em><strong>Every day.</strong></em></div> <div>I <em>did improve, because I didn't let myself fail. </em></div> <div><em> </em></div> <div>It didn't matter how long time it took for me to <em>accomplish</em> it, if I had decided to to <em>for example a 5 minute handstand </em>that day, I didn't finish my session until I <em>achieved</em> it.</div> <div> </div> <div>I could be in the <em>gymnastic hall</em> for hours. </div> <div>I have no idea how many hours I have spent on my sport. It's <strong><em>CRAZY.</em></strong></div> <div>But I was my life, my lifestyle❤️</div> <div> </div> <div>Just the fact that I had my own horse increased the hours a lot. </div> <div>I also did strength workouts in my parents living room, I went out for runs and intervalls, stretching, balance training, mental training, rehab, nutrition, I even had my own technique horse made of wood in the backyard, where I could go through my routines over and over again. </div> <div><strong> </strong></div> <div><em><strong>I wanted to do everything I could to be the best I could.</strong></em></div> <div> </div> <div>I have heard many times that my <em>driving force is unique.</em>. </div> <div>Many of my friends and "<em>enemies"</em> have been jealous.</div> <div> </div> <div>I'm glad I have it in me, but I have to be careful, it can be dangerous..</div> <div><em>because I don't always feel when it's time to stop before something can cause harm.</em></div> <div>I find it hard to stop, because I never let myself stop before.</div> <div> </div> <div> </p> <div> </div> <div> </div> </div> <div>I push myself. </div> <div>I have always done it and I will probably always do. </div> <div> </div> <div>But I've learned to stop before I fall.</div> <div> </div> <div><em><strong>BALANCE</strong></em>. </div> <div> ~is the key</div> <div> </div> <div><em>I know there's many people out there with </em></div> <div><em>high driving force...</em></div> <div><em>Which is awesome!! </em></div> <div><em>Good on you! 👊</em></div> <div><em> </em></div> <div><em>I just want you to be careful and make sure you have </em><em>a <strong>good balance in your life</strong>❤️</em></div> <div> <div> </div> </div> <div> </div> <div><em>Have a good day!!</em></div> <div><em> </em></div> <div><em>#<strong>breakitandyouwillmakeit</strong></em></div>
