The things we do at school are so interesting!! We had Nutrition for athletes and Sport psychology today...And I'm so fascinated by it. It's much I've heard before, so much I have experienced and SO much I want to learn more about!! Our teachers talk more and more about all the things we need to be aware of now when we will start to train our athletes at school, (as work experience)... I have already been coaching athletes so I know much about it already, but you can ALWAYS LEARN MORE. And always become a BETTER coach! All the talk about athletes, how they think, their mindset, how they act in different situations, how important nutrition and recovery are, what huge impact mental health has on performance, and how easy it Is to be overtrained... It all brings back so many memories from the time when I was an elite athlete...It makes me miss it even more. Today I want to say something to all the athletes out there.. Please TAKE CARE OF THIS TIME of your life.. You will never get it back. I know it's really really really hard sometimes... But just think about EVERYTHING you get out of the hard work you put in. In the end it's SO WORTH IT. Enjoy your time at the TOP. It will not last forever❤️ #breakitandyouwillmakeit
