What a year this will be. I had my first surf-lesson yesterday and I really loved it. The instructors were just amazing! Such beautiful people that really want to share their passion to this sport. Robbie and Carlene are the couple that run this surfing academy and will be my coaches this year. They opened their arms and gave the cutest welcoming meeting to me and Daiki (the other surfer in my class). The first lesson was mostly to get to know each other, share backgrounds and talk about future plans. We had a really nice morning at a Café called Black Bunny in Alexandra Headlands!! I have to go there again! Before lunch Robbie and Carlene took us on a little trip along the Coast Line . We went to several different beaches and talked about the wind ... They taught us where to surf depending on the weather, when and why. SECURITY . " When it's west east wind it's most secure to surf......" So interesting! I will be able to predict where it's best to surf every day! I will also get my surfcertificate and become a surfing-instructor and lifeguard !

After lunch we got into the water😃 Technique during the paddling and catching some waves!! Loved it!❤️ # breakitandyouwillmakeit
