Continuing... This year have given me so incredibly much. Like I said in the previous blog post, (read it before this ;)) Life has once again showed me it is an unpredictable roller coaster... You never know what is going to happen next. I do still believe that everything in life happens for a reason, even if it doesn't feel like it when you are in it. 🔹Setbacks makes us stronger. 🔹Sicknesses and injuries put our lifes in perspective and gives us a reminder of how lucky we are when we are in our "normal" condition. 🔹Success drives us to work even harder. 🔹False friends are a lesson learned.🔹True friends are a gift. 🔹Distance makes relationships weaker or stronger. And you find out who your true friends are.🔹Jealousy from others either break you or make you.🔹Stress makes us act.🔹Too much stress push us down, but it also teach us how to pull ourself Up again. 🔹Helping people is a blessing 🔹Coaching people is a huge responsibility 🔹Living in a country on the other side of the world makes you grow. 🔹The list is endless cause: Life is full of challenges. And this year has been overloaded with them. It might be hard for you to believe, but in the end I'm thankful for everything. Cause...I wouldn't be the person I am without them. I wouldn't be ME without the struggles and challenges I have been overcoming.I wouldn't be me without meeting both false and true friends. I wouldn't have this much knowledge without all The hours of studying and of course my AWESOME teachers. I wouldn't have been founding love for other training styles without the support from my gym Crossfit the Stables, I wouldn't have had the privilege to go to Sydney to coach gymnastics without my athletes, I wouldn't be able to handle and help all different kind of clients without the experience from mine, I wouldn't have been here without my parents support, I wouldn't have been a lifesaver and learned how to surf without my surfing coaches, I wouldn't have had this much fun without my true friends ... I wouldn't be this strong if I wouldn't have been needed to fight through challenges. Everything from getting Ross river fever to coach people with serious heart diseases to be on television. Getting the award as the ultimate student and being nominated as the student of the year. The honor to be the guest speaker at an inspirational women's event. And of course supporting and helping people to a healthier, stronger and happier lifestyle. It feels sad to leave this chapter behind, but I will always have it with me and I'm so ready to move on to the next chapter of my life and overcoming new challenges. I do finally have my diploma of SportsDevelopment, I am a personal trainer, exercise specialist boxing instructor, Pilates instructor, water based fitness instructor, lifesaver....Soft tissue/sport masseus and one step closer to be the best version of me! CHALLENGES are the best thing I know. It makes us grow, progress and one STEP closer to become The best version of ourself. Always see the positive side of life❤️ next blog post will be full of photos and some of the highlights of the year😃 #breakitandyouwillmakeit
