What a rewarding day! Tuesday this week was the first session with our older adults, and it feels so good to finally get started! We will train them this term to get the experience of how it is to train people with special conditions, and learn all the things you have to be extra aware of.Some of us got clients with a long list of medications and diseases, that we have to look up and consider when planning and programming their training sessions. It's a big responsible, but it's a good challenge and experience. I'm sure Tuesday's will be one of my favourite days this term. "My" older adult is so sweet!! What a trouper! She says what she thinks, she knows what she want and she does everything to make sure she gets it all! Haha! For example: When she was training with her old trainer last term, she saw me in the gym and she told her trainer "Next term, when I get my new trainer I want her!!" she pointed at me and after the session she went to the teachers and told them she will have Eli as trainer the following term... And she got what she wanted, as always. So cute! Feels good to be wanted😅 #breakitandyouwillmakeit
