I know from experience how wrong it can be if your coach isn't right for you. But I also know how GOOD it can be with the right coach. If the coach isn't taken his responsibility seriously.. It can create real damage...both physically and psychologically. A coach has such a big responsibility of the athlete. A coach is a role model. A coach is the person the athlete believes in, 110%. A coach is the person the athlete follows... "What you say I do. What you tell me to do, I believe is right. I trust you coach" A coach is the person that should be strict, motivated, supportive, fair, educated and experienced... A coach should be a person to look up to. A ROLE MODEL. A coach is the person that has the ability to change life. If you are a coach... : " Make sure you change the life of your athlete to it's better... Always remember that you have a huge responsibility" -- To get this quote today made me so happy. To hear that I'm making a difference. I want to be a GREAT coach, I want to change life...That's what I'm aiming for...💕 BREAK IT and you will MAKE IT. #breakitandyouwillmakeit My role model is the coach who helped me back to life... I'm forever thankful for what she has done for me. It's hard not seeing her everyday anymore.. but I have to learn to stand on my own👊 love and miss you so much❤️ You are my inspiration
